NGO aiming to provide free legal services to the needy and those who cannot approachthe court because of the financial constraints as the NGO provides immediate legal assistance

  to the needy women because any delay in pursue such cases will have serious impact on the merits of the case. The NGO works on the principle of “justice delayed is justice denied” The legal services provided by the NGO will focus on the following services:-

1. Representation by an Advocate in legal proceedings.
2. Payment of process fees, expenses of witnesses and all other charges payable or incurred in connection with any legal proceedings in appropriate cases;
3. Preparation of pleadings, memo of appeal, paper book including printing and translation of documents in legal proceedings.
4. Drafting of legal documents etc.
5. Supply of certified copies of judgments, orders and other documents in legal proceedings.
